The Work Log keeps track of any email replies received in an area called {%EMAIL RECEIVED-<queue#>%}, where <queue#> is filled in with the unique workflow queue entry number. A separate area is maintained for each email received, even if several were sent to a Group or CAB under the same approval.
Comments received in response to routing a Data Entry Form for comment are stored in an area called {%COMMENT/UPDATE RECEIVED-<queue#>%}.
Approvals/Denials received in response to routing a Data Entry Form for approval are stored in an area called {%FORM APPROVAL/DENIAL RECEIVED-<queue#>%}.
