Once the highest qualifying version has been determined, the MIE then checks to make sure one or more titles have been defined as being covered by the entitlement definition to which the owned position has been assigned.  For example, if you enter an owned position against your Microsoft EA entitlement definition, then the licenses eligible for migration are those that are defined as either Enterprise or Optional entitlements within that entitlement definition.
