Purchased upgrade licenses may entered through the Manage Licenses screen.

When entering upgrade licenses, you must select from the drop-down entitled For Upgrade licenses, you MUST choose from this list.  Your choice from that list signals Consolidate that you are staging an upgrade license.

The list will show all qualifying titles (necessary to qualify for the upgrade) and the existing count of each.  

NOTE:  You must not enter an item count greater than the sum of all available qualifying licenses.  If you do, Consolidate will mark the staged record as an exception and it will remain an exception until you lower the item count or add new qualifying licenses.
