Triggering Work Flow

Depending on the type of job to be run on a timed basis, work flow can be triggered when the job is complete.  Two settings are available:

1.  Work flow to be fired if the job runs successfully (generates no errors).

2.  Work flow to be fired if the job fails (generates one or more errors).

Care should be taken not to create an endless loop.  For instance, after a Consolidate job finishes, firing a work flow that, in turn, runs Consolidate.  The work flow designer must ensure that endless loops are not created.
