Global Settings

Timed Operations is largely governed by the settings available for each operation.  However, there are global settings that affect/impact how Timed Operations will behave.

The global settings are set by ESI and cannot be overridden.

The following global settings will affect how Timed Operations works:

jobExStartTime

Job exclusion window start time. Defines the starting time that timed operations are excluded from execution. This setting applies to all jobs. Individual timed operation jobs can also have an exclusion time window, defined on the Timed Operations screen. Format is HH:MM:SS, in 24-hour military time. If the start time is less than the end time (see jobExEndTime), it indicates a time frame overlapping midnight.  All times are referenced in the time zone of the host server.

jobExEndTime

Job exclusion window end time. Defines the ending time that timed operations are excluded from execution.

For more information on what effect these Global Settings may have on your timed operations, please contact ESI support.
