Status Values

Bulk Harvest records will be in one of the following statuses:

Staged

Initial status when request entry is first created.  

N/A

Harvested

Entry has been successfully harvested.

N/A

Asset not found

The entry specifies an asset number, but no matching asset record could be found that matches the number.

Double check the asset number that was entered into the Bulk Harvest record and correct.

No group defined

The entry specifies a group, but no matching group could be found.

Double check the group and correct.

No user defined

The entry specifies a user (contact), but no matching contact could be found.

Double check the contact and correct.

No active auth.

The entry specifies a proper MSL title and proper asset/user/group, however no authorization record exists.

The authorization either never existed or has already been harvested.  No further action is required.

Too many auth.

The entry specifies a proper MSL title and proper asset/user/group, however more than one authorization record exists.

Contact ESI as this condition is not supposed to happen.

Error harvesting

A general error occurred that prevented successful harvesting.

Check the Consolidate log for more details on what caused the error.

No matching MSL

The entry specifies an MSL title, but no matching record could be found in the MSL for the title.

Double check the MSL title and correct.
