Bulk Harvest records will be in one of the following statuses:

The entry specifies an asset number, but no matching asset record could be found that matches the number. |
Double check the asset number that was entered into the Bulk Harvest record and correct. |
No group defined |
The entry specifies a group, but no matching group could be found. |
Double check the group and correct. |
No user defined |
The entry specifies a user (contact), but no matching contact could be found. |
Double check the contact and correct. |
No active auth. |
The entry specifies a proper MSL title and proper asset/user/group, however no authorization record exists. |
The authorization either never existed or has already been harvested. No further action is required. |
Too many auth. |
The entry specifies a proper MSL title and proper asset/user/group, however more than one authorization record exists. |
Contact ESI as this condition is not supposed to happen. |
Error harvesting |
A general error occurred that prevented successful harvesting. |
Check the Consolidate log for more details on what caused the error. |
No matching MSL |
The entry specifies an MSL title, but no matching record could be found in the MSL for the title. |
Double check the MSL title and correct. |
