Harvesting due to alias removal only applies to MSL titles that have been set to assign authorization to the device.

MSL items will be harvested by Consolidate (and authorization removed) for any authorized MSL software that was authorized by matching aliases that have since been removed or re-assigned to a different MSL title.  If an alias is removed from an MSL definition and/or re-assigned to another, Consolidate will detect that change and will automatically harvest all authorizations that were authorized by matching the now-removed/re-assigned alias.  In addition. any software records that still remain in the software staging table will be reset.  This means that if the headers (aliases) are re-instated later, the harvested software items will be re-detected and authorized again as rogues.
