The following settings are available for defining Upgrades:

A general description of the upgrade title. |
MSL application to which this upgrade applies |
This is the current MSL title whose "owned" position will increment for each new upgrade license purchased. For example, if the upgrade is to Acrobat Standard 9, then the MSL title selected here should be Acrobat Standard 9. |
Current governing contract |
Allows linking the upgrade license record to an underlying contract, if one exists. |
Allow to be requested through the Software Request Portal |
If checked, the Software Request Portal and the Bulk Authorize screen will make upgrade pricing available to those who qualify (given sufficient qualifying licenses are available) |
Market Price |
The market price for purchasing this upgrade title. |
Price to Charge |
The price that will be charged via the Software Request Portal (if the MIE has been set to charge the Price to Charge instead of the Market Price) |
MSL title(s) required to qualify |
The list of one or more titles, usually of a lower version, any one of each must be present to qualify for the upgrade. This is as specified by the upgrade license. The titles chosen here must also be MSL titles. |
Match PO |
If checked, the upgrade license MUST match the qualifying license for the purchase order number. |
Match Invoice |
If checked, the upgrade license MUST match the qualifying license for the invoice number. |
Match contract |
If checked, the upgrade license MUST match the qualifying license for the contract number. |
Match enrollment |
If checked, the upgrade license MUST match the qualifying license for the secondary contract number (enrollment number). |
Match quantity |
If checked, the upgrade license line item must be for the same quantity as the qualifying license line item (as originally sent from the ASN Processor or as originally entered through Manage Licenses.) |
