Some entitlements are based on an anniversary date of an existing contract or agreement. The contract or agreement continues on indefinitely and new enrollments, or requests, are based on the most recent anniversary date.

To set up an entitlement to reference an anniversary date, as opposed to a hard contract or other date, use the following settings under Entitlement Definitions:

... or ... Entitlement ends	Leave blank
Anniversary date	Enter the initial anniversary date (or date of signature) of the original agreement. This date will be used to determine the nearest anniversary when calculating various charges.
