Unassigned aliases that are never to be assigned to any MSL titles now or in the future may be permanently removed to ease in the task of assigning recognition.  When an unassigned alias is removed, it will not longer be available to be assigned for recognition later.

To remove unassigned aliases, select one or more (by holding down the CTRL key while clicking multiple entries from the unassigned aliases section).  Once selected, click the X button.

Note:  Removing an unassigned alias will only remove the alias as it currently exists on the MIE.  It will not prevent that same alias from coming back in from the next auto-discovery feed.
