Merging Entitlement Definitions from the Wiki Master

Every time Consolidate runs, it will check to see if the local customer against which it is running has a wiki master defined.  If so, any entitlement definitions defined at that wiki master level will be copied down to the local customer if the following conditions are met:

1.The local customer has a wiki master defined

2.The wiki-level entitlement definition has at least one enterprise entitlement assigned to it that also exists in the local customer’s MSL and the local customer’s matching MSL title is linked to its wiki title.

If those conditions are met, the wiki-level entitlement definition will be copied down to the local customer.  In addition any assigned MSL titles – assigned as Enterprise Entitlements – at wiki level that also match an existing title at local level will be copied down as well.

If the entitlement definition already exists at local level, a few of its fields of information will be updated with the wiki-level information.  However, any start/stop definitions and/or contract linkages that have subsequently been changed or defined at local level will not be affected by subsequent updates.

If setting 200, ConsMSLWikiSuiteFullSync, is set to -1, then any wiki-level crossings that have been removed since a previous merge will also be removed at local level.  If that setting is 0, then local level crossings will not be affected by removals at wiki level.  In both cases, any crosses added at wiki level will be copied down on subsequent mergers.

NOTE:  If an entire Entitlement Definition is removed at Wiki level that removal is not mirrored at local level.  The Entitlement Definition and all of its defined MSL titles will remain as is locally.
