In order to perform an audit of technicians to ensure they are using the proper catch point screens, the MIE requires a periodic feed from the technician ticketing system.  The feed is then brought into the MIE using an import job defined via the Import/Export wizard, run on a timed basis using a timed operation.

The feed must be a standard comma-separated-value (CSV) file type and must conform to the MIE's requirements for CSV files.

The feed must contain a column for the Action Code that has been used to set up the Technician Actions.  The value in that column will be used by the Audit Function to determine which catch point screens were actually performed.

The schema into which the feed is to be imported is the AssetTRAK - Technician Action Log schema.

Ticket number
Technician name or number
Date of action
Location of action
