Technician Actions allows you to specify various catch point screens that a technician must perform when he/she performs an action to an asset.  It is primarily used as an audit mechanism to ensure technicians are following prescribed process.

Technician Actions can be accessed, given proper a proper access level, from the Tech Actions left menu option under Asset Management.
