Expected answers to questions

Some approval emails will include one or more questions.  Questions define the text that will be asked as well as one or more acceptable answers (each separated by a comma).  When the MIE processes the return email, it will check to see if any questions were contained in the original email.  If so, it will parse the answers and compare the answers to the expected answers.

Additionally, when a question is defined, a specific business rule may be defined to which the answer must comply.  If a business rule is specified, the answer must comply to the business rule only - it will not be checked to see if it agrees with the list of possible acceptable answers.

NOTE: When a business rule is specified, in order to have the MIE apply the business rule, something must be filled in for the expected answer.  Even though the MIE will not test to make sure the answer agrees with the expected answer (it will only apply the business rule), it does require something to be specified in the expected answer field.  The reason is that the MIE considers the case where nothing is specified in the expected answer field to be the "anything is acceptable" case, which would preclude the application of any business rule specified.
