The ESI Console is a companion module to the ESI Tray (which, in turn, is a companion module to the Scheduler).  The ESI Console is invoked when the tray icon is clicked.  The ESI Console module must be set up as an install task set to run once in order to deploy the console.  The console does not run on a schedule, so a scheduled task is not required.  The tray can function without the console.  If the console is not present and the tray icon is clicked, a simple copyright message is displayed.  Without the console, the tray will still perform any notifications required.
