There are several settings that allow you to define how entitlements will be charged through the Software Request Portal (Gen II). The Gen II portal will use the settings to determine the price to be charged for the entitlement.

The start and end dates of the entitlement will also be calculated, based on the settings, and potentially used when calculating the price.

Note that the Gen II portal will only calculate pricing for, and therefore charge for, optional entitlements. The cost of enterprise entitlements is expected to be included in the pricing of the license (since choosing the entitlement is not optional).
