Viewing Participating Records

Once a duplicate group is selected, all records participating in the group will be displayed in the record area of the form.  Records will be displayed newest to oldest (based on the record's creation date).  Additionally, the first column of each record displayed will be the action you want to perform on the record.

Resolving duplicates is a matter of collapsing all of the duplicated records into one record which will be kept.  All other records, once collapsed, will be removed.  The result will be one record.

To resolve the group of duplicates, you must select an action for each record.  By default, the newest record will be kept and all other records will be merged into it.

Each participating record may be edited while deciding on the appropriate action to take.
