When condition is met

The Trigger will be activated whenever the selected Condition yields a true result when applied to the table controlled by the form for which it was designed. NOTE - The form used to define a Trigger must be the same as the form used to define the selected Condition.

When record is created via the UI

The Trigger will be activated when a new record is created using the selected form via the user interface.

When record is deleted via the UI

The Trigger will be activated when an existing record is deleted using the selected form via the user interface.
