Triggers are used to invoke workflows.  

You must have sufficient access to manage Triggers.  Given sufficient access, you will find the Triggers menu option as a child to the Settings/Admin left menu option of most modules. Triggers are not module-dependent, meaning you can access the same Triggers from any module that offers the Triggers menu option.

To define a Trigger, start by clicking on Add Record.
