AVOID Multiple Instances

Be careful when installing the SFT client on a server.  Since the client itself is a tray application, and therefore specific to a given user's context, it is possible to install it several times on one server under several different user accounts.  In this case, there may be more than one SFT client attempting to work the same schedule on the same server at the same time.  The results are unpredictable.

Server administrators - always check the task manager to make sure there is only one ESISecureFileTransfer.exe process running at any given time.  If there is more than one, not the users' contexts of all of the instances that should not be running and de-install the client from each of those users accounts.  Make sure only one instance is running at any time and also make sure the SFT Monitor Service is set to run under the same user account as the client.
