Some licenses restrict use to a given geography.  The MIE can be set to honor geographical constraints, as well as to fire a workflow whenever the geography of the authorization to which the license has been allocated changes and no longer matches the geography to which the license is constrained.

Geographical constraints are only honored for MSL titles set to have authorizations assigned to the device (as opposed to assigning to a person or group of people.)
