General Functions > The Dashboard

The Dashboard page is the Home page of each module. It consists of several expandable/collapsible areas that show important information. The areas that you see depend on the module you are in and your access level. An area is expanded by clicking once on the plus (+) next to its title, and collapsed by clicking once on the minus (-).

The dashboard is defined by user. One user's dashboard may differ from another's.

The first area on each Dashboard is the Dashboard Gauges area. This area will be available if any counters are available for the current module. It will not be visible if there are no counters currently defined. Gauges are visual displays of counter values. Gauges may be added or removed from the dashboard, as well as configured, by clicking the Manage link that appears next to the Dashboard Gauges title.

The second area on each Dashboard is the Dashboard Charts area. This area will be available if any chart/graph style reports are available to be placed on the Dashboard. It will not be visible if there are no available chart/graph style reports.

Charts may be added to or removed from the Dashboard by clicking the Manage link that appears next to the Dashboard Charts title.
