You may add or remove gauges from your dashboard, and you may modify the settings of existing gauges.

Gauges are linked to counters.  Counters specify how to calculate the current value, minimum value, maximum value, and target value.  Counters also specify how frequently to perform those calculations.  A gauge simply displays the most recent values calculated by the counter.

Gauges are specific to a user.  Your gauges can be different than another users.

Before you can add gauges to your dashboard, there must be at least one counter defined for the current module.  Given there is at least one counter available, to add, remove, or change a gauge on your dashboard start by clicking Manage next to the Dashboard Gauges title.

 

To add a gauge to your Dashboard

Click once on the available counter that you would like to add (left list).

Click once on the >> button.

 

To remove a gauge from your Dashboard

Click once on the guage you would like to remove using the Currently on Dashboard list.

Click once on the << button.

 

To change an existing gauge on your Dashboard

Click once on the gauge you would like to modify using the Currently on Dashboard list.

Make the change(s) to the various settings.

Click once on the Update link.
