Process Points

There are currently two types of Process Points (PP) that are supported by the MIE and GW.

The two PP types share the following characteristics:

Each has 4 input ports.  That means that links drawn into the node can be attached at the top, left, bottom, or right side.  The input ports can be relocated using the 'Adjust port position' option from the context menu.

Each has 4 error ports.  They are located along the bottom of the node, and like the input ports, they can be relocated as desired.

1.Process, Then Forward (PF)

The PF node will need a minimum of one input link and one output link from the 'Next' port to be a functioning process point in a workflow.  The 4 error ports are optional.  If a link is established to an error port, then the corresponding 'Priority error code(s)' will need to be entered in the PP properties window.

2.Process, Then Decision (PD)

The PD node will need a minimum of one input link and one output link from the 'True/Yes' port to be a functioning process point in a workflow.  The 4 error ports are optional.  If a link is established to an error port, then the corresponding 'Priority error code(s)' will need to be entered in the PP properties window.
