Modules > Asset Management > Software License Management > Authorization Analyzer (Complex license types)

AA rules can be accessed, given proper access level, by selecting Asset Management from the top tabs, then Analyzer Rules from the black bar menu. Rules can be created or maintained from this screen.

Key values that can be maintained include:

•Description

•Starting AA Rule Definition.

•Notes. Full details how the rule is designed and intended to operated can be maintained here.

•Data Elements Relevant For This Rule. This provides the rule writer with a list of data elements that can be identified as important for the functioning of rule.

•Attachments (flowcharts, licensing documentation, etc.) (This is not available in the Graphical Analyzer currently)
