Alternate Language Support

The MIE supports the ability to use alternate languages (other than English) in the following areas:

1. Catch point screens

2. Email messages sent by the workflow engine

3. Email questions / expected answers (also used by the workflow engine).

In short, the MIE supports alternate languages for areas that may be more broadly used, such as workflows and catch point screens.

Alternate language is supported through the use of tokens, which are embedded in-line with the master text.  Tokens are replaced, at run-time, with the specific language version of the text they represent.

The MIE has a built-in text Tokenizer which is part of the Housekeeping routine.  The Tokenizer will process any changes in catch point screens, email messages, and/or email questions.
