Returns

Returns are identified on submitted ASNs by either a negative quantity or negative price.  Returns will have been counted as a license on previous ASNs and therefore need to be backed out.  The MIE handles returns as follows:

1.  If an undeployed license currently exists, its record is simply deleted, and the return record is ignored.  The net result is a "wash", as if the license never existed.

2.  If no undeployed license exists, an uncovered record (similar to a rogue) is logged.  The uncovered record will be first in line to be covered on the next ASN load that contains licenses for the given MSL application.  An uncovered record that is a return is identified as follows:

asnNoReturn - number greater than 0
LicenseAdd - (-1)
AssetIDDeployed, AssetNumberDeployed - null
AssetIDHarvested, AssetNumberHarvested - null
