To determine compliance on any given application in the Harvested Software table, simply sum the LicenseAdd column for any given mslNo (mslNo is the unique key assigned to a Managed Software List entry). Look at the Managed Software List table to see the details of the entry.
LicenseAdd will be in one of three states for any given record:

The software item has been deployed, but has not yet been covered by a license |
0 |
The software item was deployed and covered by a license, but has been subsequently harvested ("completed" record) |
1 |
The software item is covered by a license (either deployed or not) |
