Questionnaires are used to group specific questions together.  The questions are pulled from a global library and organized into a questionnaire, which can then be linked to a scheduled interview. Questionnaires may be locked, after formation, to prevent add/removing questions and/or changing other settings.

Given appropriate access exists, Questionnaires may be accessed from the Interviews left menu option.
