When first selected, a list of the most recent 100 threads is displayed.

To find a specific thread, click the 'Set Filter' button and select the options to narrow the search criteria.

Thread Graphical View

Thread details are first displayed in a graphical view.

The progression of the thread is indicated by step numbers (red box with a numeral).

For a quick view of the step details, hover the mouse over a step number.  A popup message will display details for the step.

Restarting a thread.  The GW allows for restarting a thread based on these circumstances.  1)  The access level of the user relative to the restart access level configured for the workflow.  2)  The types of actions that have been completed within the workflow thread.  Database updates, harvest events, and removal events are actions that cannot be re-run.  The thread can be restarted from process points beyond those events.

To view restarting options, right click on a step number, or the start node, and a either a 'Restart' context option will be displayed, or a message stating the earliest restart process point will be displayed.  If the user does not have sufficient access to restart the thread, a message will be displayed.

The History Log is the default tab.

If the user double-clicks on a specific step number, that particular step will be highlighted in the history log when the details are displayed.

Select the Queue tab to display the queue records associated with the thread.

Select the Thread Variables tab to see all of the thread and user variables.
