When selecting methods, if any method has a comma located anywhere in the title of the method, the filtering logic will interpret that comma as separating two different method choices.  

Therefore, you will not be able to select any methods that have commas in their titles.  Either ignore those methods or select -All Methods- and narrow your scope of restoration using the other settings.
