General Functions > Reporting > Interactive Reports

The ‘Interactive Reports’ area on the dashboard offers a configurable view of graphical, interactive reports.

When the area is loaded the first report group in the user’s list will automatically be expanded and all dashlets within that report group loaded; all other report groups remaining collapsed. Clicking anywhere on the title bar will cause a report group to expand or collapse.

Dashlets contained within individual report groups are loaded the first time the group is expanded. Collapsing a group, and even navigating to another area on the dashboard, will not cause the dashlets to reload. Clicking on the refresh button to the right of the title bar will cause all dashlets within a report group to reload.
