Description
This function allows for a manual adjustment of the confidence level for the rule. This was added to provide support for more specific cases where adjusting confidence by specific paths taken would be more helpful than only handling the confidence in the well-defined cases.
This function only accepts a single parameter, Confidence Adjustment and that parameter only accepts positive values or 0.
NOTES:
1. Only positive values are accepted for Confidence Adjustments via Func58
2. Confidence level can fall below 0 via Func58
