Creating the export

In order to transfer financial credit/debit records to your company's financial system, you must create an export file.  The export file is actually an Asset Management report, and can be accessed through the Reports option on the left menu within Asset Management.

The report is entitled Software Credits/Debits and is generally either an Excel spreadsheet or a .CSV file.  You must choose a scope to create the report, and the scope will be one of the timed credits/debits job runs.  The runs will list most recent to least recent in the scoping list.  

Follow the on-screen instructions to create and access the report.  Save the report as a file and transfer it to your financial system for import.
