The MIE times inactivity and will automatically log you out when the inactivity timer has been reached.  The default inactivity timer is set for 20 minutes.  At 15 minutes of inactivity, you will be given your first warning, and the warning will count down to 0, at which time you will be automatically logged out.  To prevent automated log out, simply click on the Continue button when you receive the warning.  You will be returned to the Dashboard page of your current module.
