Audit reports are available through the normal reporting menu option.  Given proper access, there are at least two reports available as standard CSV reports:

Tech Action Audit Detail (CSV) - a detail (line ticket by ticket) listing of technician actions along with catch point screen(s) performed and/or missed.

Tech Action Audit Summary (CSV) - meant as a monthly summary report showing overall performance against process.
