In some cases it is desirable to send an approval to a group of individuals, any one of which is authorized and sufficient to approve the request. This is done to allow a group to act as back-ups to each other, with each member of the group equally authorized to approve requests.

In order to send approvals to a group and accept the first approval as an overall approval, do the following:

1. Define a group of individuals to which to send the approval.
2. Set the quorum required to 0.
3. Set the approval percentage required to 1%.
