After making any adjustments to the update fields, click Normalize.

The screen will be updated with only one record surviving from all that you had checked, and the asset count should reflect the sum of all asset counts that were previously spread across the various records that were normalized.

Repeat Steps 1 through 6 until all normalization is complete.
