The form will first display all distinct product names or models (depending on your choice in Step 1) currently being maintained in the Master Catalog.  The entries are alphabetized, so that near spellings will appear close to each other.  Select as many entries that you believe may really be the same item by holding the CTRL key down while clicking each entry with the mouse.

After selecting one or more items from the list, click the Select link above the box.

The page will refresh and show a second box that contains all unique manufacturers listed for the items you chose in step 1.
