Setting a Customer for Archive

This may only be done by a level 15 with access to the Site Administration tab.  

From Site Administration, choose Customers (from the left menu), find the record for the customer you wish to archive, edit and make the following changes:

1. Check the Archive this Customer box

2. Uncheck the Active box.

Save the record.
