The final step of the wizard contains a "Run Now" button.  Clicking the button will force the job to run immediately.

Import and Import Merge jobs are queued jobs.  Clicking the Run Now button queues the job for processing.  The wizard will then continue to poll the MIE and update current import status.  When the job is complete, the wizard will retrieve and display the job log.
