Change Management

The Change Management module is used to track and manage change.  It allows you to define one or more Change Advisory Boards (CABs), set up voting memberships, and manage voting.  It also allows the entry of Requests for Change (RFCs), the entry of meetings for each CAB, and the setting up of an agenda for each CAB meeting.  Voting members are presented a real-time voting screen where they can cast their vote for each RFC, as it is presented and discussed.  Change Management automatically tallies the votes and marks the RFC as accepted or rejected depending on the outcome.  Change Management also supports virtual CAB meetings, allowing you to email CAB members notifications for performing self-service votes.
