ESI also reviews your current applicable policies and recommends
changes to ensure compliance with the new process. |

years of practice what works and what doesn't.

new processes.

new processes.

A Value Analysis |
Benefits |
| We have
found over the years of designing, implementing, and running
ITAM and SAM programs that the best way to sell, and defend the
program is to demonstrate the value it can or does create.
That's obvious to most, but easier said than done. We have
developed a unique Value Analysis tool that we use to quantify
the value that is being created, or can be created by the ITAM/SAM
program - and we have been successful convincing even the most
skeptical CFOs of the results. Our Value Analysis
engagement is the perfect way to start a new project off on the
right track and get it sold, or to re-purpose a struggling
project in order to hold onto current headcount. |
- Get your new project sold.
- Properly set executive's
expectations based on value identified.
- Defend your current program
and hold onto your headcount.
- Focus your new or existing
program so that it produces tangible value results.
